5-Axis Machining Centers

	2022 Toyoda UA2090Ti 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center Quantity: 1 78.7" x 35.4" x 27.5" (2000 x 900 x 700 mm) XYZ travels and is using a tilting head for 5-axis machining, the UA2090Ti is high-performance vertical machining center designed for large part machining of Titanium and Hard Alloy components. An oil-recirculating heat exchange keeps the spindle temperature constant to ensure minimal thermal spindle expansion, and the unique counterbalance system on the headstock makes for smoother operation and long-term accuracy.
	2019 & 2020 Haas UMC-1000 5-Axis Universal Machining Center Quantity: 3 40" x 25" x 25" (1016 x 635 x 635 mm) with 8100-rpm spindle speed, 30+1 side-mount tool changer, 650 ipm (16.5 m/min) rapids, high-speed trunnion-table, inline direct-drive spindle, 55-gallon coolant tank, and Wireless Intuitive Probing System.
	2016 & 2019 Haas VF-6/50TR 5-Axis Machining Center Quantity: 2 64" x 32" x 30" (1626 x 813 x 762 mm) with removable 12.2" (310 mm) 2-axis trunnion rotary table, 50-taper geared-head, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 30+1 side-mount tool changer, 600 ipm (15.2 m/min) rapids, automatic chip auger, programmable coolant nozzle, power-failure detection module, 1 GB program memory, coordinate rotation & scaling, color remote jog handle, macros, high-speed machining.
	2014 Toyoda UA2090 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center Quantity: 1 78.7" x 35.4" x 27.5" (2000 x 900 x 700 mm) XYZ travels and is using a tilting head for five-axis machining, the UA2090 is high-performance vertical machining center designed for large part operations. An oil-recirculating heat exchange keeps the spindle temperature constant to ensure minimal thermal spindle expansion, and the unique counterbalance system on the headstock makes for smoother operation and long-term accuracy. The UA2090 has a 30-station Tool Magazine that powered by a 40-hp spindle drive motor. It will produce 309.7 ft-lb of torque but will also run up to 12,000 rpm.

3-Axis Machining Centers

	2014 Haas VF-11/50 Vertical Machining Center Quantity: 1 120" x 40" x 30" (3048 x 1016 x 762 mm) XYZ travels and is built utilizing all American-made cast-iron components. The Haas VF-11/50 is a rugged, gear-driven VMC that yields reliability and accuracy in a large-framed machine. The VF-11/50 has a 50-taper cartridge spindle that's powered by a 30-hp vector Dual-Drive (Y-Delta) motor running through the 2-speed geared head. The VF-11/50 will produce 450 ft-lb of torque at a low 500 rpm, but will also run up to 7,500 rpm in less than 5 seconds for finishing aluminum.
	2015 & 2019 Haas VF-9/50 Vertical Machining Center Quantity: 2 80" x 40" x 30" (2134 x 1016 x 762 mm). The VF-9 has a 50-taper geared-head, 30 hp vector drive, 7500 rpm, and 30+1 side-mount tool changer.
	2013 Haas VF-5/40 Vertical Machining Center Quantity: 1 50" x 26" x 25" (1270 x 660 x 635 mm) XYZ travels and is built utilizing all American-made cast-iron components. The VF-5 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 30 hp vector Dual-Drive (Y-Delta) motor. The VF-5 produces either 90 ft-lb of torque at a low 2000 rpm, or 250 ft-lb at 450 rpm with 2-speed gearbox -- and will also run up to 8100 rpm Inline Direct-Drive.

Rotary Tables

	2013 & 2019 Haas HRT310 T-slotted Rotary Table Quantity: 2 For holding medium to large parts or fixtures. The HAAS HRT310 has a platter size of 310 mm (12.204") and a weight capacity of 217.5 lbs unsupported - 435 lbs when supported by a tailstock.
	2008 Haas HRT210 T-slotted Rotary Table Quantity: 2 For holding medium to large parts or fixtures. The HAAS HRT 210 has a platter size of 210 mm (8.3") and a weight capacity of 165 lbs when supported by a tailstock.

Turning Centers

	2017 Haas ST-30 Turning Center Quantity: 1 Max turning capacity of 21" x 26" (533 x 660 mm) max capacity, 3.0" (76 mm) bar, 31.75" (806 mm) swing, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 3400 rpm, A2-6 spindle, 10" (254 mm) chuck, 12-station bolt-on turret.
	2008 Haas SL-20 Turning Center Quantity: 1 Max turning capacity of 10.3" x 20" and an 8.3" chuck, has a bar capacity of up to 2.0". SL-20 high-performance turning centers also feature massive headstock castings with symmetric ribs for rigidity and thermal stability; on-the-fly wye-delta switching for peak performance throughout the rpm range.

Saw & Milling Machines

	2008 KBC TUM-3VS Milling Machine Quantity: 1 3 HP VS mill head has compound swivel mount for maximum versatility in your set-ups and standard R8 spindle taper. Hardened and ground square ways on knee column with wide saddle to support 10 " x 50 " ground table.
